I had a blast playing billiards at the hotel. The sauna and hot tub were so relaxing, I felt like melting away. The free WiFi throughout the property was a great way to ignore everyone else.

Oh, how I adored using the shared towels from the spa every day. I never knew what it was like to dry myself with the same towel for an entire week.

The double apartment was incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for our family with kids. The breakfast and dinner options were great value and the food was tasty with generous portions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location was ideal for both skiing and summer holidays, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and ski lifts. We would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable family vacation. we were impressed with the hospitality and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I recently spent my Easter holidays at a hotel in the Bialka Tatrzanska area. I loved the location as I was able to easily walk to the nearby shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The spa facilities were amazing; with different saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools and relaxation areas, I was able to fully de-stress. The breakfast was always fresh with a good range of tasty choices. I had a pleasant stay but there were a few things that could have been improved for a more comfortable and satisfying experience.

I did dislike the fact that my room was never cleaned properly during my stay. Garbage was removed and fresh towels were provided, but the rest of the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, some of the staff seemed cold and unapproachable which made me feel less welcome.

The spa facilities were great with different types of saunas, a nice swimming pool, and a strong jacuzzi. the breakfast was good with a varied selection of fresh and tasty food. the hotel was in a great location, close to shops, bus stops, restaurants, and ski lifts. We enjoyed trying out skiing for the first time and the thermal pools in the evening were amazing.

the towels weren't changed regularly, so we ended up using the same ones for a few days.

Loved the hot tub and sauna, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a great addition too. The shared lounge was a nice place to hang out, and the free WiFi was a bonus.

The location was superb, with Zakopane Aqua Park just a short drive away. The kids absolutely loved the water slides and wave pool, and we had a blast relaxing in the hot tubs. The park was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect place for families to spend the day. Highly recommended for a fun-filled day out!

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having more child-friendly activities.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and had a traditional touch, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with everything conveniently located on one level. It was so nice not having to worry about stairs or elevators!

I would have loved to see more organized activities or entertainment specifically catered to seniors. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice to have more options that were tailored to our needs and interests.
